MSR Talent represents a well-regarded Bella Vista agency seeking an experienced Property Manager to step into a senior role. You will lead a substantial portfolio backed by a leasing and admin team, enabling focus on landlords, tenants and growth.

The role is Monday to Friday with no weekend work, offering genuine support from dedicated teams and a senior, stable office environment in a sought-after location.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Real Estate Licence (Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence) required.
• Full Australian working rights required.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 180 residential properties.
• Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed condition reports.
• Oversee maintenance requests and liaise with tradespeople and contractors.
• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears.
• Handle tenant negotiations and maintain strong tenant and landlord relationships.
• Attend NCAT/tribunal hearings as required.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
• Liaise with leasing, admin and accounts teams to ensure smooth portfolio management.
• Deliver regular landlord reporting and portfolio updates.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with tenancy legislation.

The Role You will manage a portfolio of approximately 180 properties, backed by a dedicated leasing team, an admin team and an accounts team, so your time can stay focused on landlords, tenants and portfolio growth.
