Gough Recruitment has partnered with a boutique agency in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs to recruit a Senior Property Manager. You will manage a premium portfolio of 160 residential properties across Bondi, Rose Bay and surrounding areas with strong landlord relationships and a structured handover.

The role offers 1 day work from home, a well-run portfolio, and ongoing support from day one to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years property management experience (implied by role)

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected boutique agency in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take over a beautifully maintained portfolio of 160 residential properties across Bondi, Rose Bay and surrounding areas.

This is a rare opportunity to join a close-knit, down-to-earth team where the portfolio has been managed by the same Property Manager for the past 5 years — meaning clean systems, long-standing relationships and a smooth transition with extensive handover and support.

The Role

Managing a premium residential portfolio with strong landlord relationships, your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end management of 160 residential properties
• Liaising with landlords and tenants (predominantly landlord communication)
• Arrears management
• Maintenance coordination
• Routine inspections and lease management
• Ensuring a high level of customer service and communication
