• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar property management role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant legislation.
• Proficiency with property management software and related technologies.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with NCAT.
