Wellset Properties is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our established and fast-growing real estate office. This role focuses on delivering outstanding service, adhering to strong processes, and collaborating with a supportive team to manage a residential portfolio.

You will handle end-to-end management, maintain relationships with landlords and tenants, conduct inspections, manage maintenance, and ensure compliance with legislation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in residential property management.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience with property management software preferred.
