What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinating all aspects of property management, including tenant selection, lease renewals, and routine inspections

• Addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally

• Conducting regular property inspections and preparing detailed condition and compliance reports

• Managing maintenance and repairs, including liaising with trades and contractors

• Preparing monthly financial statements and updates for landlords

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements

• Delivering exceptional customer service to both tenants and property owners

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar property management role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships

• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

• Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant legislation
