Job summary

Gough Recruitment WA is seeking a Senior Property Manager to autonomously manage a WA portfolio with 110–115 properties, outsourcing PCRs and a take-home car. Flexible work arrangements are available with a dedicated BDM supporting new business.

Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of WA property management law, a proven track record of leasing, inspections, and tenant relationships, and a desire for a long-term role in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Seasoned property manager with WA knowledge.
• Ability to manage a portfolio autonomously and proactively.
• Excellent communication with owners and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio end-to-end including owner and tenant relationships.
• Handle leasing and home opens, routine inspections, maintenance and arrears.
• Manage lease renewals and compliance for the portfolio.
• Coordinate with BDM for new business and maintain high staff autonomy.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
