Job summary

NewU Recruitment is partnering with a reputable Perth-based Property Management agency to hire a flexible Property Manager who values culture and autonomy. This role offers a 9-day work-from-home schedule with one in-office day in the Perth CBD, where free parking is available, and a supportive team environment.

You will manage end-to-end portfolios (about 110 doors) including routine inspections, final bond inspections and coordinating home opens, across Hamilton Hill to Wellard.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a property manager.
• Current Property Management Registration and CPD Points.
• Professional presentation and high-level communication skills.

About the role

• Work from home Property Manager role! Our client offers a 9 day WFH and 1 day in office schedule.
• For your 1 rostered day in the Office, they are based Perth CBD, with free parking available.
• End-to-end portfolio management. Including routines inspections, finals bond inspections and home opens.
• Portfolio off around 110 based predominantly in from Hamilton Hill to Wellard.
• No PCR's or documentation preparation.
• No Trust accounting or business development.
• Work within a team that shares ideas and works together, while also being well supported by the HOD and support staff.

• Salary of up to $100,000 + fuel + bonuses + superannuation.

Skills and experience

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a property manager.
• Ideally candidate will live within 30 minutes of the portfolio to ensure efficiency.
• Current Property Management Registration and CPD Points.
• Experience using Palace and Bricks & Agent would be highly regarded.
• Professional presentation and high-level communication skills.
• Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure your clients receive the best experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results.
