NewU Recruitment partners with a Perth-area agency in the Western Suburbs to recruit a Senior Property Manager. You will handle a portfolio of around 100 properties, delivering premium service and building strong owner/tenant relationships.

The role offers solid support from BDM, trust accountant and leasing agent, with an emphasis on culture and quality systems. Western Suburbs focus, with one day of work-from-home per week and a company car on offer.

Qualifications

• Has 4+ years’ Property Management experience.
• Holds current Property Management Registration and CPD points.
• Is confident managing a portfolio independently.

They’re looking for a Senior Property Manager who takes pride in their work, knows how to look after a portfolio and genuinely cares about the client experience.

THE ROLE

This is an internal Property Management role where you can focus on what you do best — managing your clients, your portfolio and delivering exceptional service.

You’ll manage a portfolio of around 100 properties, predominantly across the Western Suburbs, with a fantastic support network around you.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing your portfolio and client relationships
• Providing a premium level of service to owners and tenants
• Completing your own final bondsWorking closely with the BDM, leasing agent and trust accountant
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Maintaining high standards across your portfolio

With routines and PCRs outsourced, you can spend less time running around and more time actually managing your portfolio properly.
