Job summary

Gough Recruitment WA in the Southern Suburbs is recruiting for a property portfolio manager. You will handle owner and tenant communications from a busy office, manage a portfolio between Mandurah and Rockingham, and work with a leasing agent, trust accountant and admin team to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates will hold PM Registration with 3+ years of portfolio management experience, live in the Southern suburbs, and bring strong communication, time management and attention to detail

The position, but not limited to

• Managing a portfolio located between Mandurah and Rockingham areas.
• The role will be predominantly office based focussing on Owner / Tenant communications.
• You will be working within a close knit team, supported by a leasing agent, a routine inspection agent, a trust accountant and admin support.
