Job summary

Aeon Recruitment seeks an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a well-established, supportive team on the Gold Coast. You will focus on client relationships and portfolio management within a systemised office environment.

Work Monday to Friday with no leasing, no trust accounting, and no new business targets. Routine inspections are handled by a dedicated team; Queensland registration and software experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ Property Management experience and proven client relationship skills.
• Solid understanding of Queensland legislation and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team.
• Current QLD Registration Certificate or Agent Licence and a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Experience with property management software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a property portfolio with a strong focus on client relationships and service.
• Adhere to a Monday to Friday schedule with no leasing or new business obligations.
• No trust accounting; rely on established systems and support staff.
• Collaborate with a Routine Inspection Officer and experienced Department Manager.
• Utilize strong office support and ongoing training opportunities.

We’re recruiting for a great client who is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their established and highly supportive team.

If you’re looking for a Property Management role where you can focus on your clients and portfolio without being pulled in every direction, this could be a great fit.

You’ll be joining a highly systemised office with a friendly team culture, regular training, social events and plenty of support around you.

The role:

• Experienced Department Manager providing ongoing support

About you:

• Experience with PropertyMe, Inspection Express or Inspect Real Estate would be an advantage
