Job summary

Oyster People is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead a tidy residential portfolio on the Sunshine Coast. Reporting to a staff-focused leader, you will manage roughly 150 properties and build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants in a supportive family-friendly culture.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of residential property management, a current Certificate of Registration, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proactive self-starter attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience managing a residential portfolio.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Great presentation skills.
• Be a motivated self-starter.

Responsibilities

The Role

This is a position for a Senior Property Manager or Property Manager to report directly to a people focused business leader who cares about their staff. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

• Management of a clean and tidy portfolio of approximately 150 properties
• NO Routines, No Trust accounting!
• Focus on building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
• Work for a family friendly business that genuinely cares about their staff
