Based in Berala, NSW, you will be responsible for the management and leasing of a diverse portfolio of residential properties. What you'll be doing

Task based roles of residential properties, addressing tenant enquiries and issues, NCAT hearings, arrears and outgoing reports.

Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants, building strong relationships and trust

Contribute to the overall growth and development of the company through proactive ideas and initiatives

Conduct rent reviews yearly per property, ensuring our landlords are informed with the current rental market

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Property Manager, preferably within the residential leasing and management sector

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle a range of challenging situations

Proficient in using property management software and technologies to streamline processes (PropertyMe)

Thorough understanding of relevant tenancy laws, regulations, and industry best practices
