Dilleen Realty Property Management in Beenleigh, QLD, is seeking an Experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee your own portfolio with full support from leasing and admin teams.

You will manage end-to-end tenancy processes, coordinate maintenance, ensure compliance with Queensland tenancy laws, and build strong landlord relationships while delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants.

Qualifications

• Previous Property Management experience is essential.
• 3–5 years experience managing your own portfolio.
• QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a residential property portfolio from end to end.
• Conduct entry, exit, and routine inspections.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for an organised and customer-focused Property Manager to manage your own residential portfolio while being supported by dedicated leasing and administrative teams.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while ensuring compliance, portfolio performance, and efficient day-to-day management.

Key Responsibilities
