The Agency Group Australia is seeking a Property Manager to manage a well-maintained residential portfolio. This role focuses on building relationships with landlords and tenants, and there is no leasing or trust accounting required, allowing you to prioritise service and compliance.

You will coordinate repairs, oversee lease renewals and rental reviews, and ensure arrears are managed. You'll work in a supportive, collaborative team with flexible work-from-home arrangements, free onsite parking,
