Job summary

Area Specialist Solutions T/A MJW South East Pty Ltd in Pakenham, VIC, is seeking a Property Management Assistant to support a senior PM. The role suits someone new to the industry or with 1–3 years’ experience and involves on‑the‑road work, inspections, and maintaining organised records.

You will be hands-on, enjoy meeting people, and contribute to leasing, maintenance, and admin tasks while developing your skills in a supportive local team.

Qualifications

• Victorian Agent's Representative registration is preferred or willing to obtain.
• 1–3 years of experience in property management or leasing.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Current driver's license and a reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspections and prepare reports with photos.
• Complete ingoing and outgoing condition reports.
• Log maintenance requests and coordinate trades.
• Run leasing inspections and open for inspections.
• Manage keys and keep the register accurate.
• Answer tenant and landlord inquiries by phone and email.
• Provide data entry and admin support to the team.
• Assist with other tasks across the department as needed.
