Job summary

Acton Belle Property Mount Lawley is seeking a motivated Property Manager to support the growing Property Management department. The role involves coordinating maintenance, liaising with tenants and landlords, and assisting with leasing activities in a supportive, high-performing team environment.

Ideal candidates bring energy, professionalism and a genuine interest in property, with at least 1 year of experience and a current Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in property management or admin is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability is required.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn are important.
• Ability to manage competing priorities calmly and efficiently.
• Experience in real estate or admin is advantageous but not essential.
• Current Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance, inspections and routine property tasks.
• Liaise with tenants and landlords with a friendly, solutions-focused approach.
• Support leasing activities including enquiries, home opens and applications.
• Prepare documents, lease agreements and compliance paperwork.
• Manage inboxes, phone calls and general admin duties; update PropertyMe tasks.
• Provide general support to the property management team.
