Job summary

Blink Property Pty is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team on the Gold Coast. You'll deliver exceptional service to new and existing clients from initial contact through settlement, support the Property Managers with national portfolios, and help maintain high-quality delivery of property management services.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in property management, a current certificate with the Office of Fair Trading, strong customer service, time

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a property management Real Estate Agency.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to engage clients.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation in property management.
• Proficient with Property Me or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to new and existing clients from initial contact to settlement.
• Support the Property Managers with all national portfolios.
• Maintain high-quality standards in delivery of property management services.
• Keep up to date with relevant legislation affecting property management.
• Assist with leasing tasks and maintenance requests.
• Manage applications, arrears, and vacates.
• Maintain brand standards in service delivery and report issues to management.

We are a dynamic and growing Property Management Agency servicing property investors for both residential and commercial properties across the state of QLD, NSW, VIC, WA, NT and SA.

With a professional and dedicated property management team, we are looking for an Assistant Property Manager who can take our Agency to the next level of success and continue to lead and grow our team through positive leadership and enthusiasm.

About You

You must be an experienced Assistant Property Manager with a minimum of one to two years working within a property management Real Estate Agency.

With a contagious passion for Property Management, your skills and experience will reflect your high customer service standards.

About the Role

• You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to new and existing clients from the initial point of contact right through to settlement.
• Support the Property Managers with all national portfolios
• Maintain high-quality standards in delivery of all Property Management services
• Keep up to date with relevant legislation
• Support the Property managers with all leasing and maintenance tasks
• Assist with applications, arrears and vacates
• Maintain high-quality standards in delivery of services in keeping with our brand and reputation.
• Handle and manage complaints, using complaints register and provide reports to Management as applicable

The ideal candidate will require:

• Current certificate lodged with Office of Fair Trading
• Knowledge of relevant legislation
• Computer literacy including knowledge of Property Me
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong customer service focus and skills
• Ability to identify issues and provide solutions
