ONA Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a Project Administrator (Property & Development) in Ultimo, Sydney, for an ongoing temporary role of 3 days per week with flexible days. Space to move to full-time for the right candidate.

You'll support two National Project Managers, keep opening programs on track, manage leasing and franchise paperwork, and maintain accurate trackers and weekly reporting in a fast-growing hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience in an admin, coordination or support role, ideally in property, leasing, retail or franchising.
• Highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts.
• Confident communicator who follows up without being chased.

Responsabilités

• Keep the opening program on track with builders, equipment orders and date changes.
• Manage paperwork behind new sites and franchise deals; track leases and sign-offs.
• Pull together handover packs, chase certificates and maintain trackers and weekly reports.
