Job summary

Uniting Church in Australia - Synod of NSW and ACT is seeking a Property Services Coordinator in Sydney to support governance, systems, information management and administration for the Property Services team. You will help maintain accurate property data and facilitate decision-making across a diverse portfolio.

The role offers exposure to property databases, reporting, and collaboration with multiple church agencies and congregations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a property-related environment or property administration.
• Experience maintaining databases, information management systems and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Property Trust administration and governance activities, including agendas, minutes and resolutions.
• Maintain property systems, databases, records and registers.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity and accessibility of property information.
• Research historical property records and assist with information gathering.
• Support reporting, analysis and documentation for property projects and governance.
• Assist with property system enhancements, testing and continuous improvement.
