Job summary

Value NSW is seeking a Data Steward to support the newly established Property Analytics function. You will help ensure property data accuracy, governance, and compliance across the organisation.

In this role you will maintain key data records, strengthen data quality, and collaborate with a range of stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions across Value NSW. The position offers hybrid working arrangements across NSW and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data governance and maintaining key data assets.
• Experience profiling data and supporting data mapping or data catalogue activities.
• Familiarity with whole-of-government data policies and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support data governance and stewardship practices to improve data quality and security.
• Maintain data records and documentation with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business areas to strengthen data governance outcomes.
• Analyze information, identify issues and contribute to continuous improvement while meeting deadlines.
