Uniting Church in Australia, Synod of NSW & ACT—Sydney CBD seeks a Property Services Coordinator to support governance, systems, information management and admin functions of the Property Services team. You will contribute to the property database and ensure data accuracy across a diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Property Trust administration and governance activities, including preparing meeting agendas, minutes and resolutions.
• Maintain property systems, databases, records and registers.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity and accessibility of property information.
• Research historical property records and assist with information gathering relating to property matters.
• Support reporting, analysis and documentation relating to property projects and governance activities.
• Assist with property system enhancements, testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, templates and user guides.
• Coordinate updates to Property Services resources and information platforms.
• Provide administrative and project support to the Property Services team.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the Church to support the delivery of Property Services.

Property Services Coordinator | Property Services

About the Role

Reporting to the Manager, Property Services, the Property Services Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the governance, systems, information management and administrative functions of the Property Services team.

This is more than a traditional administration role. You will have the opportunity to work with a unique and diverse property portfolio, research historical property records, investigate complex property matters, and help ensure critical property information is accurate, accessible and effectively managed.

As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the implementation and ongoing evolution of the Synod's property database, helping shape how property information is managed and utilised into the future. Working closely with a broad range of stakeholders, you will support informed decision-making through accurate data management, governance support and property information analysis.

Experience working within the property industry, together with exposure to property systems, databases or property information management, will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

You are a highly organised, analytical and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with information, systems and problem-solving. You have experience in a property-related environment and are comfortable navigating complex information to identify connections, resolve issues and support decision-making.

You enjoy researching, investigating and piecing information together, and take pride in ensuring data is accurate, meaningful and fit for purpose.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

• Experience within the property industry or a property-related environment.
• Experience in property administration, lease administration, systems administration, records management or a similar role.
• Knowledge of property systems, databases and property information management practices.
• Demonstrated experience maintaining databases, information management systems and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and manage complex information.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and SharePoint.

• Experience working with property management, lease management, land management or asset management systems.
• Exposure to property governance, trusts, leases, transactions or compliance-related activities.
• Experience within a church, not-for-profit or values-based organisation.
