Job summary

Mirvac Group is seeking a proactive Customer Relationship professional to support customers from purchase through to settlement and beyond across Melbourne developments.

In this role you will coordinate communications, inspections and events, respond to enquiries, and help deliver Mirvac's high standard of service. A Graduate in Property and travel to sites will be required to excel in this position.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer-facing roles, ideally in property or real estate.
• Graduate in Property or related field preferred.
• Willing to travel to developments across Melbourne.

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Relationship Executive across the customer journey from contract to post-settlement.
• Prepare and distribute customer communications, updates and invitations.
• Respond to routine enquiries with high standard of service.
• Escalate concerns to the Customer Relationship Executive.
• Coordinate inspections, settlements, and customer events.
• Assist with defect enquiries and post-settlement care.
• Provide administration and project support to the team.
