Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in asset management, hospitality or a similar customer-focused environment.
• Experience in high-volume customer service and administration.
• Ability to manage complaints and resolve issues with positive outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• IT proficiency with Salesforce or StarRez experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and support leasing and retention initiatives.
• Guide residents through inspections, move-ins, orientations and move-outs.
• Manage end-to-end move-in/move-out experiences including inspections and reports.
• Support on-site activities, inspections and resident retention strategies.
• Promote the Resident Community Program and on-site events calendar.
• Conduct regular property/site inspections in line with legislation.
• Respond to resident requests and feedback with accurate logging and escalation.
• Maintain data across systems to support insights and decision-making.
• Assist the on-site team with administration and day-to-day operations.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing Mirvac culture.
