Savills in Parafield's District Outlet Centre is seeking an organised Administration Assistant to support the Centre Manager and Facilities Manager. You will handle property administration, lease management, finance, marketing, and facilities tasks, delivering accurate work and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in administration, property or asset management support.
• Retail property management experience ideal but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder relationships.
• Self-motivated, professional, autonomous with initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, reporting, and stakeholder correspondence.
• Maintain property, tenancy, and compliance records in systems.
• Assist with financial administration, budgeting, reconciliations, and tenant charges.
• Support lease administration, onboarding, and lease date management.
• Manage tenant insurance, bank guarantees, and audits.
• Assist with arrears management, collections, and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate centre marketing initiatives, promotions, and social media.
• Support facilities operations, contractor management, work orders, and invoice administration.
