Job summary

Raine & Horne Commercial Retail Services is seeking an organised, proactive Retail Manager to support the day-to-day operational, financial and administrative management of retail assets in Maitland, NSW. You will work closely with the Centre Manager to deliver high standard centre presentation, tenant service and asset performance.

Qualifications

• Real estate licence or certificate required.
• Experience in property or retail asset management.
• Strong financial and administrative skills.
• Understanding of property regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret leases and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support annual property budgets, financial reporting, outgoings reconciliations and rent reviews.
• Assist with arrears management and processing supplier invoices.
• Maintain tenancy schedules, lease documentation and critical date registers.
• Support lease administration, renewals, options and tenant compliance.
• Build positive relationships with tenants and respond to day-to-day enquiries.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, contractors and service providers.
• Conduct regular inspections of tenancies, common areas and centre facilities.
• Monitor contractor licences, insurances, inductions and WHS compliance.
• Maintain statutory, risk and compliance registers.
• Assist with incident reporting and statutory compliance requirements.
• Prepare reports, correspondence and tenant communications.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Centre Manager.
