Logical Line Marking is seeking a flexible part-time administrator in Brisbane to support our dynamic team. This role offers variety, with a pathway to a full-time position as the business grows.

You will handle customer contact, job data in our management system, ordering materials, and assist with site inductions and general admin tasks within a tight-knit team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dynamic, fast paced small business environment is essential.
• Computer literacy and Job Management Software experience is needed

Responsibilities

• Answering phone, first point of contact
• Job conversions in Job Management System
• Ordering of additional materials for jobs (signs and stencils)
• Site inductions on behalf of field staff
• ISO data management (we are Certified 9001, 14001 and 45001)
• Various ad hoc data and admin tasks as part of the team
