Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking a Project Coordinator based in South Australia to support end-to-end commercial coordination across tier one construction projects. You will liaise with the External Sales Team, manage tender documentation, and ensure accurate contract execution while delivering high-quality customer service.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience with tenders or commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in customer account coordination or contract administration.
• Strong commercial awareness with attention to pricing and customer requirements.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive issues to resolution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project customer interaction, including queries, quotes and internal communications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Facilitate handover processes to Contract Management for bids and work packages.
• Maintain tender documentation and timely filing of relevant documents.
• Maintain project progress/summary reports and ad-hoc support for Specialties channel.
• Prepare tender quotes and relevant documentation.
