Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking a Project Coordinator based in South Australia to support end-to-end commercial coordination across tier one construction projects. You will liaise with the External Sales Team, manage tender documentation, and ensure accurate contract execution while delivering high-quality customer service.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience with tenders or commercial projects.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in customer account coordination or contract administration.
Strong commercial awareness with attention to pricing and customer requirements.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive issues to resolution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project customer interaction, including queries, quotes and internal communications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
Facilitate handover processes to Contract Management for bids and work packages.
Maintain tender documentation and timely filing of relevant documents.
Maintain project progress/summary reports and ad-hoc support for Specialties channel.
Prepare tender quotes and relevant documentation.
