We are seeking a high-achieving administrator to join our site team at Cadia Valley Mine as a Project Systems Administrator.You'll be the go-to person for all things admin, bringing a solutions-focused mindset and continuous improvement approach to everything you do.
You’re a proactive, detail-driven administrator who thrives on creating order, driving efficiency and making things run seamlessly. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting our project team and strengthening our operational foundations across the project.
Provide administrative support to the wider project team,including but not limited to, project management, onboarding and HR, and finance teams.
Manage and maintain document control systems, including SharePoint housekeeping and use of Aconex, ensuring accuracy, version control, accessibility and compliance.
Administer quality, WHS, environmental and project documentation, registers and records in accordance with IMS and contractual requirements.
Assist in the preparation of reports and communicate with all stakeholders.
support risk assessments, safety documentation and incident reporting processes.
