CMC is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support on-site project delivery across QLD and NSW. You will handle day-to-day administration, including reporting, timesheets, PO creation, and invoice reconciliation, while coordinating travel and end-of-month tasks.
The role requires on-site work with travel to project sites, strong communication, and a Diploma/Cert IV in Business Administration or equivalent. A team-oriented, proactive attitude is essential.

Based from our Head Office in Eagle Farm QLD., this unique role will require frequent travel to our projects located throughout QLD and NSW where you will support the onsite project administration teams with the day to day administrative tasks during periods of high demand. These tasks will include reporting, timesheets, purchase orders, reconciling invoices, travel bookings and end of month functions as well as;
