Job summary

Ventia is hiring a Project Officer (Delivery) to support day-to-day coordination and administration of project activities across design, provisioning, field services and assurance for national network delivery. Based on site in Parramatta five days a week, you will link planners, designers, field teams, logistics and customers to keep projects on schedule.

• High attention to detail with proven capability maintaining accurate systems and reporting.

Are you an organised and detail‑driven professional with experience supporting complex telecommunications delivery programs? Ventia is hiring Project Officers (Delivery) to support the delivery of large‑scale projects across design, provisioning, field services and assurance activities.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring project readiness, accurate system management and smooth coordination across multiple stakeholders involved in national network delivery. This role is based on site in our Parramatta office five days a week.

About the role

As a Project Officer (Delivery), you will support the day‑to‑day coordination and administration of project activities, ensuring tasks are correctly sequenced, systems are accurately maintained and field teams are ready to execute works. You will act as a key link between planners, designers, field teams, logistics and customer stakeholders, helping ensure projects progress smoothly and on schedule.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate project tasks, workflows and dependencies across delivery and assurance.
