You'll be at the heart of operations making informed decisions to deploy resources effectively and keep everything running smoothly, even when priorities compete. This is a permanent full-time role within Ventia's 24/7 Operations Centre. Working days and hours will be discussed and agreed upon in accordance with operational requirements, with further information provided during the interview process.

About The Role

Play a key role in coordinating and delivering operational outcomes through effective dispatch and communication. You'll be required to:

• Dispatch work orders and ensure high-priority jobs are allocated within required timeframes
• Manage multiple contracts, balancing competing priorities and tasks
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site supervisors to resolve scheduling and access issues
• Action and resolve tickets including overdue work orders, reallocations and cancellations
• Deliver a positive customer experience while achieving KPIs and maintaining accurate system records

About You

• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations confidently
• Comfortable multitasking across systems while managing competing priorities
• Tech savvy with experience maintaining accurate data and using multiple platforms
• Proven ability to meet KPIs, maintain attendance, and deliver consistent performance
