Job summary

Ventia is recruiting for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of essential infrastructure projects under a Telstra contract. This hybrid role is ideally based from Cremorne, with Sydney-based candidates also welcome. The position offers long-term career opportunities and exposure to high-profile projects.

You will coordinate documentation, manage project data, support procurement, and liaise with internal teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, project administration or a similar
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with project management systems, SAP or similar platforms
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• High priority to applicants who bring Telstra or telecommunications experience

About the role

As a Project Coordinator, you'll provide essential support across project delivery activities, helping to keep projects organised, compliant and progressing to schedule.
