Ventia is seeking a Delivery Project Engineer in Parramatta to lead end-to-end telecom project delivery and drive successful customer outcomes.

You will coordinate engineering teams, field resources and stakeholders to ensure milestones are achieved, while maintaining quality and service levels. This role offers career progression within project delivery and leadership paths.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Engineering, ICT, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering telecommunications infrastructure projects or operational work programs.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications delivery, provisioning, commissioning and service assurance activities.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, contractors and technical teams.
• Strong planning, reporting, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within customer-facing environments and managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of telecommunications projects, engineering orders and operational work programs to meet customer commitments.
• Manage projects through planning, provisioning, installation, commissioning and closure.
• Coordinate engineering teams, field resources, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Monitor delivery performance, risks, issues and escalations across workstreams.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, contractual obligations and quality standards.
• Provide operational reporting, governance oversight and performance tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Job description

Be at the centre of delivering large-scale telecommunications projects for one of Australia's leading infrastructure services providers. As a Delivery Project Engineer based in our Parramatta office five days a week, you'll play a key role in coordinating project delivery, engaging stakeholders and supporting the network programs that keep Australia connected.

About the role

As a Delivery Project Engineer, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of telecommunications projects, engineering orders and operational work programs, ensuring customer commitments, service levels and delivery milestones are achieved. Additionally, you'll:
