Job summary

Ventia is seeking a Site Engineer to join the Telecommunications team supporting the NBN Network to Premises (N2P) Project. Based in Melbourne or Perth, you'll deliver one of Australia's largest fibre upgrade programs and work with experienced professionals to advance your career.

You will coordinate multiple projects, validate designs and construction documentation, manage subcontractor activities, and ensure timely delivery. A degree is encouraged, with solid NBN experience considered.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects across NBN, Telstra or carrier network environments is highly regarded.
• Ability to interpret engineering, survey and construction drawings.
• Strong stakeholder management and subcontractor coordination skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong attention to detail.

About the role

As a Site Engineer, you will support the successful delivery of NBN fibre projects, ensuring quality outcomes, timely delivery and effective coordination across stakeholders. Additionally, you'll:
