Job summary

Ventia is seeking a Dispatch Operator for its 24/7 Operations Centre in Parramatta. The role is permanent full-time, with days and hours discussed per operational needs. You will coordinate dispatch, allocate high-priority work, and ensure smooth operations while meeting KPIs.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple contracts, communicate effectively, and maintain accurate data across platforms. This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-impact team within Ventia’s service delivery network.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch work orders and allocate high-priority jobs within required timeframes.
• Manage multiple contracts, balancing priorities and tasks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site supervisors to resolve scheduling and access issues.
• Action and resolve tickets including overdue work orders, reallocations and cancellations.
• Deliver a positive customer experience while achieving KPIs and maintaining records.

About The Role

Play a key role in coordinating and delivering operational outcomes through effective dispatch and communication. You’ll be required to:
