Job summary

Asahi Beverages in Melbourne is seeking a Project Manager to lead a major ERP transformation across Australia and New Zealand. You will partner with senior leaders to bring structure to ambiguity, drive planning, governance and delivery across a complex program.

You will own reporting, RAID management and stakeholder engagement, building strong relationships across business and technology teams to keep momentum and ensure commitments are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in project, transformation or technology delivery environments.
• Exposure to ERP, systems implementation, data migration or related project activities.
• Strong project management experience, including planning, reporting, governance and risk management.

• Own reporting, governance, RAID management and delivery artefacts across assigned workstreams.
• Facilitate program forums, workshops and stakeholder meetings to support decision making and delivery progress.

• Provide clear delivery insights and recommendations to support informed project decisions.

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a major ERP transformation across Australia and New Zealand.

Working alongside senior leaders and workstream owners, you will drive planning, governance and delivery activities across a complex program. You'll bring structure to ambiguity, keep stakeholders aligned, ensure commitments are followed through and help maintain momentum across multiple moving priorities.

This is an opportunity to take ownership, influence outcomes and develop your project management capability within one of the largest transformation programs in the business.

Please note, this role will be offered as a fixed term contract until May 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with workstream leads to drive delivery plans, milestones and project outcomes.

About You

• 3 to 5 years' experience working in project, transformation or technology delivery environments.
• Exposure to ERP, systems implementation, data migration or related project activities.
• Strong project management experience, including planning, reporting, governance and risk management.
• Confident engaging with stakeholders and following actions through to completion.
• Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable managing competing priorities.
• A proactive self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and driving outcomes in a fast paced environment.
