Job summary

The GPT Group in Sydney seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead an ERP program, driving end-to-end delivery across three workstreams, including data remediation and process transformation.

You will own the full lifecycle, coordinate with process owners, IT leads, and senior stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and tangible business benefits.

As our Senior Project Manager – ERP Program, you will be at the heart of a high-impact transformation program, leading end-to-end delivery across three dynamic workstreams, data remediation, business process transformation, and technology optimisation. In this role, you will own the full project lifecycle from discovery through to completion, driving workplan execution, milestone tracking, and dependency management across both business and technology teams. Working closely with process owners, IT leads, data owners, and senior stakeholders, you will sequence and prioritise work across teams, making sure the right people are aligned, decisions get made, and progress stays on track. Your contributions will be tangible and meaningful, structuring data for migration readiness, bringing consistency to core.

What you will be doing

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the integrated project plan across all three workstreams, managing milestones, sequencing and dependencies.
• Track spend, forecast accurately and escalate variances to maintain financial governance.
• Keep workstream leads and business owners aligned on scope, priorities, accountabilities and interdependencies.
• Maintain effective relationships across finance, operations and technology to drive alignment and timely decision-making.
• Identify, **escalate** and resolve risks, blockers and dependencies through a maintained risk register.
• Deliver regular status reporting to senior leadership on milestones, budget, risks and programme health.
• Support initiative prioritisation focused on delivering the highest de‑risking value.
• Track delivery against key results including migration‑readiness, process documentation, application retirements, month‑end close reduction and TCO savings.
• Ensure changes are embedded through appropriate communication, training and transition planning.

What makes you stand out

You are an experienced project manager with a strong delivery track record across complex, multi-workstream programs. You bring formal PM discipline, a working knowledge of finance and operational processes, and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams.

You will also bring:

• Proven delivery of complex projects involving SAP, MS Dynamics, Yardi or similar platforms
• Formal PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) or demonstrated equivalent experience
• Hands‑on experience managing data cleansing, master data governance or migration readiness activities
• Working knowledge of core finance and operational processes including procure to pay, capex and lease management
• Experience delivering technology rationalisation through application retirement, integration simplification or consolidation
• Clear, confident communication style with the ability to report status concisely to senior leadership
• Tertiary qualifications in Technology, Business, Finance or a related discipline
