Karlka FenceWright is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to manage all aspects of project preparation, planning and execution as directed by the Project Manager. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to client specifications on commercial and mining sites.

Key duties include scheduling, liaising with QHSE, Production and Administration, maintaining schedules, coordinating plant and personnel, submitting documentation, and keeping the client updated.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret drawings/written specifications.
• SimPRO experience.
• High level of computer, written and verbal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Flexible work hours.
• Strong technical understanding of our services.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all aspects of project preparation, planning and execution as directed by the Project Manager.
• Attend handover meetings as requested by the Project Manager.
• Liaise with QHSE, Production and Administration to complete pre-mobilisation tasks.
• Schedule all works and communicate with relevant personnel to ensure resources meet the plan.
• Maintain an accurate schedule at all times.
• Coordinate plant/equipment/personnel with assistance from the Operations Supervisor.
• Submit documentation to the client in the required format (portals included).
• Provide regular project updates to the Project Manager and Operations Manager.
• Act as the primary client liaison and escalate issues as needed.
• Operate in line with KFW procedures and maintain records.
• Assist the Operations Supervisor with day-to-day tasks.
• On project completion, ensure all documentation is up to date and filed.
