Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, logistics, scheduling or supply chain.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; exceptional organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules across multiple projects and suppliers.
• Support Project Managers with project planning, deliveries and installations.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Monitor supplier progress, project milestones and upcoming delivery deadlines.
• Prepare delivery documentation and post-project presentations.
• Process returns and coordinate required care and warranty documentation.
• Identify scheduling issues and coordinate practical solutions.
