Job summary

Harris HMC in Melbourne seeks a dedicated Project Coordinator to manage Service & Maintenance, Quoted Works, Projects and Contracts from around $1K to $500K+. You will liaise with builders, customers and subcontractors to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in estimating and managing commercial projects and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, quote and manage Projects, Contracts and Small Jobs.
• Plan and schedule labour, subcontractors, materials and resources.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, profitability and invoicing.
• Manage variations and obtain client approvals.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to specification.
• Conduct site inspections, quality audits and safety checks.
• Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review plans, specifications, scopes and project requirements.
• Maintain project programmes and provide regular progress updates.
• Identify and escalate financial, programme, safety and quality risks.
• Complete and maintain required project and Job Sheet documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify opportunities for additional work and support business development.
• Lead, motivate and mentor the Services Division team.
• Promote Company values, teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support achievement of monthly and annual sales and client KPI targets.
