Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Project Delivery Manager for FM Projects in NSW. You will own multiple project lifecycles, coordinating consultants, contractors and suppliers to deliver on time and within budget while upholding health and safety standards.

You will report to senior stakeholders, develop detailed programs, manage RFQ processes, and maintain financial controls, reporting, and client relationships, contributing to JLL's reputation for quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related discipline with five years of relevant experience, or ten years of combined education and experience
• Proven ability to independently manage project delivery from inception to closure with minimal guidance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and cost reporting systems
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial aspects, planning requirements, and delivery constraints
• Experience conducting commercial negotiations with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and authorities
• Knowledge of delivery methods including Project Management, Construction Management, Managing Contractor, and Lump Sum contracts
• Ability to manage project budgets, forecast expenditure, and maintain financial controls
• Understanding ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001 requirements and Environmental Health and Safety legislation
• Experience using JLL technology platforms including Corrigo, Clarizen, Jaggaer, and Project Toolkit (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of multiple projects from inception to closure, ensuring delivery within budget and on schedule
• Prepare and deliver fortnightly client meetings with minutes, monthly status reports, anticipated cost reports, and individual project reporting
• Develop and maintain detailed project programs with milestones, objectives, and risk registers
• Lead RFQ preparation, scope writing, tendering, value engineering, and buildability analysis
• Oversee contract negotiation, award, and administration with clients, consultants, and suppliers
• Maintain anticipated cost reports including cash flows and accruals, ensure timely invoice submission and variations documentation
• Chair weekly project meetings and PCG meetings with agendas and minutes
• Implement and maintain JLL Health, Safety, and Environmental systems (ISO standards)
• Manage project close-out processes including financial reconciliation, as-builts, certificates, and asset data collection

What this opportunity involves:

As a Project Delivery Manager for FM Projects at JLL, you’ll take complete ownership of project lifecycles, guiding initiatives from initial establishment through to successful handover and closure. We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and in this role, you’ll exemplify this by independently managing approximately 200 projects simultaneously while demonstrating high mastery in all facets of project delivery. You’ll coordinate consultants, contractors, and suppliers, driving collaboration to maximize outcomes for all stakeholders. Your expertise will ensure budget adherence, program milestones, risk mitigation, and quality control while representing our clients’ best interests throughout every phase. This position requires coordinating thought and leadership skills, ensuring timely project reporting, financial forecasting, and contract administration. You’ll maintain positive client relationships, uphold health and safety standards, and actively contribute to JLL’s reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining anticipated cost reports including cash flows and accruals, ensuring timely invoice submission and processing variations with appropriate documentation
• Chairing weekly project meetings and PCG (Project Control Group) meetings, ensuring timely issuance of agendas and minutes
• Implementing and maintaining JLL Health, Safety, and Environmental systems, ensuring compliance with ISO14001, ISO45001, and ISO9001 standards
• Managing project close-out processes including financial reconciliation, as-builts, compliance certificates, and asset data collection
