Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Australia seeks a Project Delivery Manager for FM Projects to lead end-to-end delivery of multiple facilities projects. You will manage from inception to handover, oversee budgets, risks, schedules, and contracts, and coordinate consultants, contractors and suppliers to achieve client outcomes.

You'll drive governance, reporting, and ISO/health and safety standards compliance while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering value across up to 200

Qualifications

• Degree in PM or Construction Management with five years of project delivery experience.
• Alternatively ten years of combined education and experience (four years in design/construction/PM).
• Experience managing multiple projects from inception to closure.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of multiple projects from inception to closure within budget and schedule.
• Prepare fortnightly client meetings, monthly status reports, anticipated cost reports and project reporting.
• Develop detailed project programs with milestones, objectives and risk registers.
• Lead RFQ, scope writing, tendering, value engineering and buildability analysis.

What sets JLL apart is our culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe, and you'll be at the heart of that, fostering connections across business lines and championing outcomes that reflect our commitment to quality and innovation.**Key Responsibilities include:*** Managing all phases of multiple projects from inception to closure, ensuring successful delivery within budget and on schedule* Preparing and delivering fortnightly client meetings with minutes, monthly status reports, anticipated cost reports, and individual project reporting* Developing and maintaining detailed project programs with clear milestones, objectives, and accurate risk registers* Leading Request for Quote (RFQ) preparation, scope writing, tendering processes, value engineering, and buildability analysis to minimize risk and maximize outcomes* Overseeing contract negotiation, award, and administration with clients, consultants, and suppliers in accordance with legal requirements to protect commercial interests* Maintaining anticipated cost reports including cash flows and accruals, ensuring timely invoice submission and processing variations with appropriate documentation* Chairing weekly project meetings and PCG (Project Control Group) meetings, ensuring timely issuance of agendas and minutes* Implementing and maintaining JLL Health, Safety, and Environmental systems, ensuring compliance with ISO14001, ISO45001, and ISO9001 standards* Managing project close-out processes including financial reconciliation, as-builts, compliance certificates, and asset data collection**Sounds like you?
