Job summary

JLL in Sydney seeks a Project Delivery Manager for FM Projects. You will own project lifecycles, coordinating consultants, contractors and suppliers to deliver ~200 projects while managing budgets, timelines and risk.

You’ll liaise with clients, maintain safety standards, and uphold JLL quality across a global, collaborative network. We require a degree in PM/Construction with 5 years’ experience (or 10 years combined education/experience).

Qualifications

  • Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related discipline with five years of relevant experience, or ten years of combined formal education and experience.
  • Ability to independently manage project delivery from inception to closure with minimal guidance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and cost reporting systems.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, commercial aspects, planning requirements, and delivery constraints.
  • Experience conducting commercial negotiations with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and authorities.
  • Knowledge of delivery methods including Project Management, Construction Management, Managing Contractor, and Lump Sum contracts.
  • Ability to manage project budgets, forecast expenditure, and maintain financial controls.
  • Understanding ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001 requirements and EH&S legislation.
  • Experience using JLL platforms including Corrigo, Clarizen, Jaggaer, and Project Toolkit.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all phases of multiple projects from inception to closure, ensuring successful delivery within budget and on schedule
  • Preparing and delivering fortnightly client meetings with minutes, monthly status reports, anticipated cost reports, and individual project reporting
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project programs with clear milestones, objectives, and accurate risk registers
  • Leading RFQ preparation, scope writing, tendering processes, value engineering, and buildability analysis
  • Overseeing contract negotiation, award, and administration with clients, consultants, and suppliers
  • Maintaining anticipated cost reports including cash flows and accruals, timely invoice submission and processing variations
  • Charing weekly project meetings and PCG meetings, ensuring agendas and minutes are issued timely
  • Implementing and maintaining JLL Health, Safety, and Environmental systems, ensuring ISO standards compliance
  • Managing project close-out processes including financial reconciliation, as-builts, and asset data collection

As a Project Delivery Manager for FM Projects at JLL, you'll take complete ownership of project lifecycles, guiding initiatives from initial establishment through to successful handover and closure. This position requires coordinating thought and leadership skills, ensuring timely project reporting, financial forecasting, and contract administration. You'll maintain positive client relationships, uphold health and safety standards, and actively contribute to JLL's reputation for excellence.   • Chairing weekly project meetings and PCG (Project Control Group) meetings, ensuring timely issuance of agendas and minutes
  • Implementing and maintaining JLL Health, Safety, and Environmental systems, ensuring compliance with ISO14001, ISO45001, and ISO9001 standards
  • Managing project close-out processes including financial reconciliation, as-builts, compliance certificates, and asset data collection
