Job summary

HealthWISE Community Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator to support a large-scale recruitment and onboarding program in Tamworth/Armidale.

This fixed-term role is part-time (30 hours per week) and will run until 30 June 2027, coordinating workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and training. You will work with managers to keep timelines and milestones, ensuring new staff are ready from day one.

• Highly organised with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• Proven ability to work to deadlines and deliver outcomes within tight timeframes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience coordinating projects, recruitment, onboarding, or related activities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally if required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Support advertising, interviews, reference checks, compliance checks, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure new employees are prepared for a smooth commencement, including onboarding, induction, and workplace setup.
• Provide updates to managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure activities are completed in line with organisational requirements.
• Assist with project coordination, communication, and administrative support as required.

About the role

HealthWISE is seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a large-scale recruitment and onboarding program within a short timeframe.
