Job summary

HealthWISE is seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator to support a large-scale recruitment and onboarding program in a fixed-term, part-time role. Based in Tamworth or Armidale, you will coordinate workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and training to ensure new staff are ready from day one.

You will work closely with managers and stakeholders to meet timelines and milestones, maintain records, and provide timely updates. Travel may be required occasionally in rural NSW.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Support advertising, interviews, reference checks, compliance checks, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure new employees are prepared for a smooth commencement, including onboarding, induction, and workplace setup.
• Provide updates to managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure activities are completed in line with organisational requirements.
• Assist with project coordination, communication, and administrative support as required.

About The Role

HealthWISE is seeking a hands‑on Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a large‑scale recruitment and onboarding program within a short timeframe. This fixed‑term role will coordinate workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and training activities to ensure new employees are ready and supported from day one. Working closely with managers and stakeholders, you will keep recruitment activities moving, maintain project timelines, and ensure key milestones are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
