Job summary

HealthWISE Community Ltd seeks a hands-on Project Coordinator to support a large-scale recruitment and onboarding program in a fixed-term role finishing on 30 June 2027. The position is for 30 hours per week, based in Tamworth or Armidale, NSW.

You will coordinate workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, compliance and training, keeping timelines on track and reporting to managers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth day-one start for new staff.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• Proven ability to work to deadlines and deliver outcomes within tight timeframes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience coordinating projects, recruitment, onboarding, or related activities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally if required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Support advertising, interviews, reference checks, compliance checks, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure new employees are prepared for a smooth commencement, including onboarding, induction, and workplace setup.
• Provide updates to managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure activities are completed in line with organisational requirements.
• Assist with project coordination, communication, and administrative support as required.
