Job summary

SHEETH is seeking a Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to join the Operations team and own commercial fit-out projects from start to finish in Sydney. You will work closely with the Construction Manager, site foremen, suppliers, clients and all stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high standards.

Project Coordinator / Junior PM - Commercial Fitouts

We’re seeking a Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to join our Operations team and take ownership of commercial fit-out projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our Construction Manager, site foremen, suppliers, clients and all stakeholders to ensure every project runs smoothly and delivered on time, and to a high standard.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing commercial fit-out projects across a range of sectors, including Retail, Office, Hospitality, and Medical. Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will assist in coordinating key aspects of project delivery, including procurement, contract administration support, client communication, authority liaison, and final handover documentation. With a strong focus on organisation, communication, and attention to detail, you’ll be a key point of contact of coordination between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to help ensure projects run smoothly and are delivered successfully.
