Sheeth, a growing commercial construction and fit-out company, is seeking an Estimator who wants to grow into a high‑level estimating role. You will work with our Pre-Construction Manager and gain exposure to the full tendering process on diverse hospitality, retail and workplace projects.

You should have 2+ years of experience in commercial estimating, a relevant tertiary qualification, and proficiency with Bluebeam and Cubit.

• Tertiary qualification in construction, quantity surveying or similar.

Aufgaben

• Preparing cost estimates based on drawings, specifications and tender documentation
• Completing take-offs using Cubit and Bluebeam
• Reviewing documentation and identifying pricing risks and opportunities
• Sourcing and reviewing subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Assisting in tender submissions and proposals
• Working with the management to ensure tenders are competitive and profitable
• Supporting contract review and commercial risk identification

As our project pipeline continues to expand, we are looking for an Estimator who wants to grow into a high-level estimating role within our business.

This role is ideal for someone who already has experience in commercial construction estimating but is looking for an environment where they can develop the skills and experience needed to take on larger and more complex projects.

You will work closely with our Pre-Construction Manager, gaining exposure to the full tendering process and learning how large commercial projects are priced and secured.

The Opportunity

This role is designed to develop the next generation of senior estimators within our business.

You will initially support the estimating team across tenders and pricing while progressively taking on more responsibility as your experience grows.

Over time, the successful candidate will develop the capability to lead estimating for larger commercial projects within the company.
