Job summary

SHEETH is seeking a Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to join the Operations team and own commercial fit-out projects from start to finish in Sydney. You will work closely with the Construction Manager, site foremen, suppliers, clients and all stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Solid understanding of commercial and fit-out project delivery.
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of commercial fit-out projects across Retail, Office, Hospitality, and Medical sectors.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, and supplier coordination.
• Administer head contracts and liaise with relevant authorities, overseeing project programs, variations, and contractual claims to ensure timely delivery.
• Support and guide site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure smooth, professional project handovers.
