Job summary

Private Advertiser—based in Brisbane—is seeking an Installation Coordinator to lead the installation team, schedule appointments, and coordinate resources to deliver outstanding customer service. This full-time role starts immediately with stable, ongoing employment in a well-established business.

You will manage schedules, liaise with customers and installers, and ensure timely completion of installations while maintaining safety and quality standards. Strong CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers and installers.
• Ensure that materials are ready for installation.
• Maintain accurate job schedules and installation calendars.
• Contact customers to confirm appointment dates, arrival times and payments required.
• Assist installers load and ensure all items relating to job are onboard.
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding job progress and updates.
• Follow up with installers after each job to obtain installation reports, photos, and completion details and follow up payments where required.
• Update internal systems with installation notes and job status updates.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor outstanding jobs and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure production times are met in line with required installation dates.
• Be a team player with the ability to support and work collaboratively alongside our other departments to achieve best client outcomes.
• Ensure Workplace health and safety compliance.

• Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, administration, customer service, or a similar role

• Confidence in collecting payments and discussing account balances with customers
• Strong computer skills and experience using CRM or scheduling software
• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
• You are highly organised, customer-focused, and enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothly.
• Experience with coordinating trades, installers, service technicians, construction projects, home improvements or similar industries will be highly regarded.
